Tarh Va Afarinesh Celebrates Winning International Design Excellence Awards 2015
Ibis-Novotel IKIA was announced winner of “International Design Excellence Awards 2015” in “Hotel Design” category on Friday, 27th November 2015 in the respective awards ceremony held in Dorchester Hotel – London.
International Design Excellence Awards is one of the most important events of design industry. The event is organized by “Society of British International Designers (SBID)” aiming to recognize and appreciate works of contemporary designers around the globe.
Tarh Va Afarinesh Architectural and Engineering Consultants Co. entered the awards with Ibis-Novotel IKIA in “Hotel Design” category and won the awards competing with iconic hotel projects from Europe, USA, and Asia.
Mangers and staff of the company attended a reception at the winner project site to welcome company directors, Mr. Mohammad Nemati (chairman) and Ms. Shiva Aghababaei (general manager and project architect), and celebrated winning the awards.
The SBID International Design Awards has come to be regarded as one of the highest accolades in the interior design industry. Each category undergoes an exclusive two-tier judging process by panels of leading industry experts for both technical content and aesthetic creativity and evaluates elements such as brief compliance, budget, health & safety, and fit-for-purpose design. The past Awards received entries from over 30 countries, across 5 continents around the world. The Society of British and International Design (SBID) is the professional accrediting organization for the interior design industry in the UK supporting the interests of interior designers and manufacturers by guiding and measuring the profession’s trading standards through practice, competence and education.
