This project is located on a land plot with a total area of 12,000 m2 in District 22 of Tehran. The construction permit allows development of six basement floors for parking, store rooms, and plant rooms; ground floor for retail units and public areas; and 1st to 23rd floors for residential apartments .
As required by the mentor, 494 residential apartments with areas of 180, 150, and 120 m2 are designed for this project. The basement floors are designed to provide 1600 parking lots to be used by residents and commercial units. Gym with roofed swimming pool, ballroom, and retail units are the public facilities taken into consideration in design of this complex.
