Minsk Persepolis Hotel

Minsk Persepolis Hotel and shopping complex is going to build by the investment of Persepolis Company affiliated to Iran Tourism Development Investment Company “SEMEGA” with considering of mutual cooperations between Iran and Belarus.

Emphasis on technology and updated components of project, importance of use and combination of green areas in designing and consideration of Iran’s culture and architectural art on Hotel Project with investment of an Iranian company would some of items considered in the conceptual design.

According to above principles, the first concept of project has shaped in the form of high rise building coming from the Land and going into the sky. The building skin is similar to the carpet with Iranian pattern which begins from the surface horizon and moving in the vertical level of the building. On the other hand, each of these beautiful patterns is similar to snow grains harmonized with weather of Minsk city.

Building Description:

Minsk Persepolis Hotel and shopping complex includes a luxury 5-star Hotel with 250 guest rooms and suites and public spaces such as the banquette halls and Restaurant and shopping centers and service areas.

This project is will be designed and operated under the license of an international chain.
Total floors of Hotel, is 35 floors (ground and above), including 25 guest floors, two Mechanical floors, one floor shopping center, one floor Hotel Administrate areas and six floors public areas consisting of banquette halls, restaurants and health clubs & V.I.P reception & lounge.

There are also 3 floors under the ground floor considered for parking and service areas.
Due to the height of building to provide non-harassment in the surrounding urban area, guest floors are designed as one way corridor and all rooms have a view to the square and main street. Actually, their view to residential houses is closed.
