This project with a total built area of 29,700 m2 is located in Naharkhoran, a forest area near Gorgan. The project concept is inspired by the nearby forest; i.e. liquidity of the forest forms the basic lines of the concept.
Convergence of the building components, such as ceiling and floor, was our main concern in design; accordingly, Sharp colors and modern decorative items are used extensively in this project. The hotel includes 176 guestrooms, three restaurants, and other convenient public areas.

The book features two projects by Tarh Va Afarinesh Architectural & Engineering Consultants, including Ibis-Novotel Cluster Hotels (IKIS) and Marina Residential Complex.
Two projects of Ibis and Novotel hotels, Imam Airport Hotel and Marina residential complex, which were designed by Ms. Shiva Aghababaei, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Architect of Design and Creation Engineers Company, are introduced in this book.
