This project is developed as a series of facilities provided across the national roads network, to be used by passengers travelling on their own vehicles or on public transportation. The buildings include diverse facilities such as gas station, car park, bathrooms, food and beverage outlets, and shops. So far, two of the designed rest areas have started operating along two major Iranian roads: Isfahan-Shiraz and Sabzevar-Mashhad; and seven more are under construction.
