International Economic Group: “After the lifting of sanctions against Iran and the removal of economic restrictions, prosperity has returned to Iran’s tourism industry to the extent that international hotels have decided to establish new branches on the coast of this country. The Wall Street Journal, in its recent report announcing this news, wrote that the Spanish Melia International Hotels Group plans to open a 319-room hotel on the shores of the Caspian Sea next year. The French group Accor, which opened two hotels near Imam Khomeini Airport last fall, is establishing a joint stock company in Iran through which it will cooperate with local groups to manage hotels.
